Da quanto ho potuto capire furono un’ottantina le persone che denunciarono la Tinelli e altri due frequentanti scontenti per le pesanti dichiarazioni fatte nelle trasmissioni e sul forum CeSAP.
Queste denunce in gran parte confluirono a Bari dove a piccoli gruppi vennero archiviate dal Dottor Francesco Bretone, il PM che intanto stava coordinando il procedimento contro Vito Moccia e altre persone di arkeon.
Molte famiglie di arkeon, con tutto ciò che era accaduto nel corso dei mesi (una vera e propria persecuzione, con atti estremi di minaccia, a cui ho accennato in una mia comunicazione pubblica), lasciarono correre.

Alcuni, tra cui Moccia, non si lasciarono intimorire e respinsero l’archiviazione.
Le carte hanno così fatto il loro corso fino ad ora, dove a Bari si dovrebbero discutere di tutto ciò nell’udienza odierna.
